From Arthur Andersen to Ashurst, in a three-decade professional career focused on taxation from its international perspective, Eduardo Gracia now presents his candidacy to preside over the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors ( AEDAF ), the main retaining wall of the Tax Agency in its sanctioning activity against individuals and companies.
From his point of view “currently the AEDAF has the best specialists in tax law in our country . We are an association that denounces the excesses and abuses that the Tax Administration commits against the rights and guarantees of the taxpayer, against which they are completely unprotected."
